The kitchen is well-equipped to do your own cooking and there is more than adequate dining space for everyone to sit together. The bunk room is unlike any other rental in the hill country!

    Great location! All the conveniences! Very accommodating for our large family. Check in and check out was simple. Our family spent the July 4th weekend and were happy to be so close to the river at Kerrville-Schreiner Park.

    Our experience was great. We had a total of nine family members staying with us. The house was a perfect size with plenty of space and something for everyone. Fredericksburg is nearby and grocery stores are conveniently located. The code made entry and locking up easy. The kids loved the bunks in the game room. We will definitely return.     We enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable. We had few issues with getting fireplace and the main gate but overall we recommend the place to others.
